Integrated Metal Weight Detection Machine

• Equipped with a newly developed, advanced electromagnetic balancing system capable of achieving maximum precision up to ±0.2 g; leveraging the patented SMF technology for dual products, this system effectively suppresses the occurrence of double products, ensuring high accuracy.
• Equipped with an M6 high-sensitivity metal detection head, offering superior detection accuracy.

12-head computerized weighing scales

• The product is discharged using a conveyor system, minimizing damage to the items. The conveyor system features an extremely small drop gap, enabling it to handle most fragile or sticky products—types that are typically difficult for conventional falling systems to transport.
• All components of the machine are sourced from internationally renowned brands. The weighing sensors, specifically from Germany's HBM, offer exceptionally high weighing accuracy—up to a precision of ±1 gram. Additionally, the system boasts rapid weighing speeds, with a maximum combination rate of 40 cycles per minute.

• Multi-functional in one machine, it can seamlessly switch among three packaging formats—sealing, modified atmosphere, and shrink wrapping—for flexible operation.
