Splitting Machine
The splitting machine chucks all feature independent hydraulic control, enabling efficient handling of splitting, dismantling, and stacking tasks for identical template material blocks. The system incorporates a fixed splitting frame paired with a bottom plate lifting mechanism. Through synchronized operation via guide posts, mechanical gear racks, and hydraulic cylinders, the equipment ensures smooth operation as well as long-lasting precision and durability.
Billet Clamp Machine
The clamp-type billet machine features a special design that ensures precise positioning during operation and allows for smooth lifting and lowering. All 15 sets of chucks are equipped with ball valves, enabling independent movement and making it easy to produce plates of different specifications using the same mold. When the chucks release, the billet can move freely along its length, significantly reducing cycle time.
