Mold release machine
After the green body has been pre-cured, the mold carriage will be transferred to the demolding station. The flipping and demolding machine’s mold grippers utilize a hydraulically driven self-locking mechanism, significantly enhancing the safety of the gripping action. Additionally, a unique crane system featuring electrical initial positioning combined with mechanical precision alignment ensures the equipment achieves highly accurate repeatable positioning. Furthermore, the specialized crane design—with its hydraulic lifting system paired with gear-and-rack mechanical forced synchronization—effectively guarantees synchronized movement during mold demolding and lifting, preventing issues like mold rubbing or corner damage during the process.
Board Grooving Device
After demolding, the blank is moved to the cutting line. The cutting line features a precision scraper head equipped with an angled blade for rough scraping and a straight blade for fine scraping, ensuring a smooth surface on the blank. Additionally, the intelligent slotting tool-changing system can automatically adjust tools based on the slab specifications, helping to minimize the gap size between AAC panels and blocks.
Cable-Stayed Beam-Type Longitudinal Cutting Machine
Featuring independently owned intellectual property, the inclined-beam type longitudinal cutting machine is equipped with multiple pairs of wire-hanging columns arranged along the inclined beam—each pair supporting just one steel wire. During the cutting process, these multiple wires progressively penetrate the workpiece in a non-overlapping manner along the vertical direction, effectively preventing settlement cracks or tail-end breakage. Additionally, the adjustable positioning of each wire-hanging column further enhances cutting accuracy, addressing long-standing industry challenges such as settlement cracks and edge chipping during thin-plate cutting. This innovative design enables seamless longitudinal cutting even for materials as thin as 50 mm.
